The most technically impressive AI system is worthless if nobody uses it.

Avoid training that is purely lecture-based. Adults learn by doing. Let users interact with the system in a safe environment before they need to rely on it in production.
Phase 4: Phased Rollout
Full-organization launches are risky. Phased rollouts allow the agency and client to learn and adjust before going wide.

- Pilot group - Start with a small, willing group of users. Collect feedback intensively. Fix issues.
